Back!

After a long hiatus frm the world of bloggin im finally b-a-c-k back! Hurhur could not contain my excitement, yeah right. Well the usual projects and typical laziness has certainly contributed to the lack of action over here at blogger land but most importantly its cause all is goin well that im lacking in things to rant about. Eh dear, ya heard that? Better make sure you behave yourself and stay outta trouble and go to school so i wun need to rant.

One of my latest projects required me to pair up wit another person and we were to then go to any retail outlet with one person taking on the role of a "difficult" shopper while the other makes obervations and records down the whole shopping process. My partner and i were slack to say the least and up till the day before the deadline, we had absolutely nothing to speak for. I decided to jus ask around for any bad experiences and cook up a story from there instead of us actually goin to the boutique to do the thing cause evidently we didnt have the time to* =/. From what i gathered from my classmates, the service aspect of retailing in Singapore really has some way to go for it to be actually considered service. In the end, I settled for Candy's experience with the Louis Vuitton boutique at taka which when described as bad is a gross understatement.

When one mentions service the Japanese immediately come to mind. How DO THEY maintain such immaculate standards that even the most difficult shoppers will feel compelled to make a purchase or at least patronise them again. Haha im not even gonna try to attempt to hypothesize how they do it to save myself the embarrassment. What i do know however is that the attitude in such instances is what its all about and their victory over anyone in this aspect is consolation enough for the sore loser in everyone of us. I'm certainly not complaining, thats fer sure.

Time to work on some website for one of my modules and really im dreading it. Techno, schechno... Pffft! Die die die, if only my classmates were here to help me.
